Shipping & Delivery DetailsWe aim to dispatch your orders on the same day provided that you order before 4pm. If you place your order after 4pm it will be dispatched on the next working day. If, for any reason, this cannot be achieved we will notify you as soon as possible and will be given the option to cancel your order with a full refund.
We use Royal Mail dependant on the weight of your purchase (up to 6kg) with a standard delivery time of 1 to 3 working day. A signature will be required on delivery of your goods. If there is no one available to sign for your goods a card will usually be left advising you of what action needs to be taken. This usually involves collection the item from your local Royal Mail depot.
We cannot be held liable for delays in delivery due to third party. However if your goods cannot be delivered for any reason and returned to us, the cost of the goods will be refunded in full less a £2.00 charged to cover packing and administration cost.
If it becomes apparent that your order has been lost in the post, we will re-send your order at no cost to you after confirming the loss with Royal Mail. Please do allow up to four weeks for Royal Mail to confirm the lost packet.
